In this segment, Holden Brooks, a member of the firm's Antitrust Practice, will discuss the unprecedented U.S. Department of Justice workshop series, Agriculture and Antitrust Enforcement Issues in Our 21st Century Economy beginning in March 2010, as well as the voluminous public comments on farming, dairy, livestock, poultry, and general competition in agriculture submitted in conjunction with the workshops.
