Douglas presented the Web seminar "Strategies for Protecting Company Trade Secrets: Ensuring That Trade Secrets Are Not Readily Ascertainable by Improper Means or by Departing Employees", in coordination with Avant Resources on June 29, 2010. The Web seminar was focused on why employers should have the proper, enforceable agreements and policies in place to ensure that critical information and data is safe and sound as old employees depart and new employees come on board. This Web conference was designed to help employers understand what it takes to ensure the protection of trade secrets.
