As well the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (UETA) and eSign were established to put a structure in place. Jurisdiction and venue of Internet transactions becomes more complicated and will be discussed in this webcast. The impact of Cloud Computing on clients' businesses will also be presented.

One hour of MCLE credit is being offered. This webcast is also approved for State Bar College Credit and Texas Board of Legal Specialization Credit in Civil Appellate and Civil Trial Law.
