Reprising & updating the highly successful panel at CMCP's 2011 Annual Business Conference, Foley Senior Counsel Patrick Wong moderated a panel discussion on the topic of ethics of social media during a CMCP (California Minority Counsel Program) panel and networking. The panel was titled "Does Tweeting Beat Meeting? The Ethics of Social Networking" and addressed the ethical considerations involved in a lawyer's use of social networking in both professional and personal capacities.
