Ms. Waltz will be speaking on “The RAP Practice Group's Year in Review.” Mr. Vernaglia will be speaking on “Primer on Researching Medicare and Medicaid Issues: Sources and Techniques.” Mr. Rossman will be co-presenting with James Cannatti, Senior Counsel, Office of Counsel to the Inspector General, Department of Health and Human Services on “ACO Requirements: Challenges and Opportunities” and Mr. Romano will be speaking on “Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation and Regulatory Requirements.”

This program will present legal issues related to reimbursement and will offer more than 50 topics presented by leading experts, including many CMS officials.
