The Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (JOBS Act) provides new fundraising avenues and flexibility for early-stage and pre-IPO businesses. Those new avenues include a "crowdfunding" exemption, issuer-friendly changes to existing exemptions, and easing the transition for companies going public. Please join us for the next program in our 2012 NDI Checkpoint Web Conference Series, which will highlight those aspects of the JOBS Act, including when those provision go into effect, identification of who will most likely benefit, and the potential pitfalls.
