Is work-life balance as elusive as the search for the Holy Grail? What proactive steps and actions can individuals take to gain more control? What role can and should employers play to support their employees in this area?

Foley and CAREERXCHANGE invite you to attend a unique and engaging exploration of work-life issues. The program will be an interactive discussion moderated by Cindy Krischer Goodman, a Miami-based veteran journalist and author of Work/Life Balancing Act, a column that appears weekly in The Miami Herald and dozens of other newspapers across the country. Cindy will be joined by a diverse group of professionals who will offer fresh and unique insights and approaches to the work-life discussion, including innovative and practical survival strategies for those faced with conflicting demands. The discussion also will explore creative solutions for employers looking to take a more active role in this process.

Space at the event is limited, so we encourage you to RSVP at your earliest convenience. For more information about the event, please contact Michelle Michaels, Foley’s National Director of Diversity, at mmichaels@foley.com.
