Her topic is the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s New Guidelines on Arrest and Conviction Records: What Employers Need to Know.

The event will take place at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center. Attendees will learn how to correctly apply employment laws in organizations and reduce employee claims. This update will also help employees understand changes in the laws and recent case decisions, avoiding lawsuits and implement best practices.
