The half-day “deep dive” course is designed to highlight the legal and regulatory issues associated with telemedicine and telehealth, with a particular emphasis on practical discussion and real world application of these rules. Telemedicine compliance is much more than licensing, and includes scope of practice, fraud and abuse, contracting, reimbursement and other issues. Participants will learn about the many aspects of telemedicine legal and regulatory compliance.
