Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm’s Internet, eCommerce and Technology Team, will co-present “What Every Lawyer Needs to Know About Cybercrime” at the upcoming TexasBarCLE webcast.

In the e-Commerce business world, cyber intrusions have the potential to impact all clients’ business operations, not just those with high-profile retail operations. As a result, lawyers need to be aware of current threats and vulnerabilities, as well as criminal laws in Texas, the U.S. and around the globe. This webcast will inform lawyers about how they can help clients deal with cyber intrusions and resulting crimes, including identify theft, cyber stalking, phishing, malware, ransomware and related issues.

MCLE credit will be provided. To register for the webcast, click here.
