Live Webinar: Tuesday, May 11th, 2021 at 2:30pm PST - for Founders, Investors, Accelerators, Lawyers and Executives in Seed-stage

You are cordially invited to join a Foley Launch virtual workshop with your friends at Foley & Lardner LLP Silicon Valley on Tuesday, May 11th, 2021 at 2:30pm PST. Foley Launch will be producing this virtual workshop in collaboration with 4thly Accelerator, B Capital, OneWay Ventures, and Samsung Next.

Great ventures begin with well-structured seed financing. Getting that right will make future financings much easier and more efficient.  It’s a fast-changing world today, as technology innovation and the fundraising process itself have evolved. Today’s seed financings are often dramatically different from the way they were done just a few years ago.

Please join a rockstar panel of seed-stage investors for a virtual workshop on the future of entrepreneurship and investing, the keys to successful seed-stage fundraising and financing, and a lively discussion.

If you are unable to make it live, register to get slides and a video recap of the webinar. Capacity is limited, registration is required.
