Foley Tallahassee Attorney Selected as 2007 Legal Elite

R. Scott Callen Recognized as Legal Leader by Florida Trend.

Foley announced today that R. Scott Callen, senior counsel in the firm’s Tallahassee office, has been named to the 2007 Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite” list.

R. Scott Callen was listed for Labor & Employment Law as his primary practice according to Florida Trend magazine. Callen focuses on labor and employment law, civil litigation and corporate representation. He represents clients in litigation involving federal and state employment and labor laws, business-related torts and administrative matters. He is also a member of the firm’s Golf & Resort Industry Team. Callen was selected as a 2005 and 2006 “Up & Coming Legal Elite.”

To compile the fourth annual edition of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, the magazine distributed nomination ballots in October 2006 to Florida attorneys, who voted for lawyers whom they held in highest regard. Votes were tallied by an independent company on a point system and the final list is comprised of 868 lawyers of the 59,481 practicing Florida Bar members. The honorees are mentioned in a special report in the July 2007 issue of the magazine.
