With patent laws constantly evolving, nearly 40 attorneys and businesspeople recently attended Foley’s Intellectual Property roundtable discussion in Tampa, Florida on March 13, 2008 to address pharmaceutical and software companies’ conflicting views on patents and offer advice to businesses navigating the challenges of intellectual property law.
