09 October 2009 NECN News
Foley Partner Russell Beck participated in an interview on New England Cable News (NECN ) and was quoted in an accompanying article titled “Mass. non-compete culture to change?” on October 9, 2009. Beck discusses concerns that noncompete laws in Massachusetts make the area a less fertile place to start new companies. He notes that employers have a legitimate interest in the protection of their trade secrets, but adds that more could be done to unlock the flow of tech talent in Massachusetts.
