Foley announced today that four New York office attorneys have been named 2009 New York “Super Lawyers” by Law & Politics Media, Inc.

The Foley attorneys named 2009 New York “Super Lawyers” and their primary practices, as classified by Law & Politics, are:

  • Andrew Baum, Intellectual Property;
  • Barry G. Felder, Intellectual Property Litigation;
  • Steven J. Rizzi, Intellectual Property Litigation; and
  • Peter N. Wang, Business Litigation.

To compile its annual list, Law & Politics surveyed more than 800,000 attorneys nationwide, asking them to vote for the best lawyers they have personally observed conducting business. The final list of “Super Lawyers” features the top five percent of New York attorneys in more than 60 areas of legal practice.

The Law & Politics Media, Inc. New York Super Lawyers magazine is delivered to New York lawyers, the lead corporate counsel of Russell 3000 companies and the ABA-approved law school libraries. The list of New York Super Lawyers is also published in October in a special advertising supplement in The New York Times.
