H Texas Magazine Selects 14 Gardere Attorneys For Top Lawyers List

15 June 2010 News

Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP is proud to announce that 14 of the Firm's attorneys have been named to H Texas magazine's 2010 Houston's Top Lawyers list. The list will be published in the magazine's June issue.

Gardere attorneys on the peer-selected list are: Trial Partners Michael P. Cash, Jeffrey S. Davis, Amy Catherine Dinn, Thomas A. Hagemann, Marla Thompson Poirot, Peter Scaff, Samantha Trahan and T. Michael Wall; Labor and Employment Partners Neil Martin and Rachel Powitzky Steely; Corporate Partners Frank Putman and Timothy M. Spear; Corporate Associate Felisa E. Sanchez; and Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization Of Counsel Robert S. Blanc.

"These lawyers prove that dedication to clients and a strong work ethic will create excellent results," says Gardere's Managing Partner Steve Good. "We're gratified that those results have also earned our lawyers the high regard of their colleagues, who nominated them for this list."

To compile the list of the city's top lawyers, H Texas solicited nominations from more than 2,000 Houston-area attorneys, as well as legal clients and the magazine's subscribers. Voters were required to nominate only those attorneys whose work they know first-hand, including firm colleagues, co-counsel, lawyers they had observed in court and opposing counsel. An outside firm tabulated the ballots and an executive panel finalized the list.
