Foley Partner Robert J. Heinrich was interviewed in an article titled “Fees for All: What’s New in Bank Lending” for the January/February 2011 Issue of the AFP Exchange. Mr. Heinrich discussed how a corporate borrower can address a lender’s demands that the borrower reimburse the lender for its costs of complying with the Dodd-Frank Act. He also outlined trends in loan documents and described mistakes borrowers often make when negotiating credit facilities.
