Firm ranks fourth across the board in 2012 BTI A-Team Report and Client Service 30 List.
Foley has been recognized by The BTI Consulting Group as one of an elite group of firms serving the Fortune 1000 in the delivery of exceptional client service, ranking fourth in both The BTI Client Service A-Team Report and BTI Client Service 30 list. The firm is also named Best of the Best in The BTI Client Service A-Team Report for its commitment to help, one of 17 activities identified as driving superior client relationships. This is the ninth year Foley has been named to the prestigious BTI Client Service A-Team Report.
“Clients report Foley shows a deep commitment to understanding their needs by investing in deep industry knowledge and innovative technology on a consistent basis,” says Michael B. Rynowecer, BTI President. “Commitment to help is one of the most valued acts from the client perspective.”
The BTI Client Service 30 recognizes the top firms that perform five to 15 times better than all other law firms. This list is made up of the top 30 of The BTI Client Service A-Team Report, which includes more than 300 law firms. These firms are considered the Top 30 firms among the 650 law firms serving large and Fortune 1000 clients. BTI’s rankings are based on individual interviews conducted by BTI with nearly 250 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies. Corporate counsel are asked to assess their outside firms according to 17 different criteria including client focus, commitment to help, understanding the client’s business, legal skills, problem solving, anticipating client needs, and providing value for the dollar.
“We are honored to be named again in the prestigious BTI Client Service A-Team Report and to be recognized as the Best of the Best for our commitment to help, a key factor in successful client relationships,” said Jay O. Rothman, chairman and CEO of Foley. “At Foley, we are thankful for the support of our clients and are proud to be recognized for our continuous efforts to provide them with exceptional service and the best value for the dollar.”
