Partner Peter Vogel Comments on Phonedog Twitter Lawsuit

LXBN, a service of LexBlog Inc., asked Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team, to discuss the lawsuit Phonedog.com brought against its former employee Noah Kravitz. When Noah left the company, he took his Twitter followers with him – a move that has Phonedog.com up in arms.
