Senior Counsel Aaron Tantleff said the “bring your own device” (BYOD) movement has the potential to save companies money, noting that Foley was one of the first law firms to institute a full BYOD policy that has resulted in cost-saving benefits. Tantleff added that companies can consider implementing specific BYOD policies to inform employees how the information stored on their devices may be accessed by IT and management.
