Business Insurance connected with Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team, for an article about employees and their digital devices. Use of personal devices at work raises complex privacy issues, such as whether information contained on the device is actually private if the device is also being used for business purposes.
