Houston Chronicle Talks Election Law Compliance with Rachel Steely

The Houston Chronicle interviewed Gardere Labor and Employment Partner Rachel Powitzky Steely regarding employers' obligations to provide their workers with two consecutive hours off on Election Day allowing them time to go and cast their vote. "It's a bit reassuring that a certain company's business interest won't come before the basic freedom and duty of ours to vote," Ms. Steely said.
