The Dallas Business Journal quoted Gardere Managing Partner Steve Good in an article regarding law firms shifting from pay-by-the hour to flat fee arrangements. "With the change in the economy, the legal industry has become more of a buyer's market," says Mr. Good. "It's much more client centric. You focus on how can you be more effective, more efficient for your clients."
