Gardere Duo Represents MKP in Acquisition

PR Newswire covered the announcement of Jones Lang LaSalle, a real estate service and investment management firm, in its acquisition of Means Knaus Partners, a Houston-based property management company, an effort to aggressively expand its property management expertise. Located primarily in Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Orlando and Tampa, the transaction boosted JLL's office space range by approximately 16 million square feet.

"The acquisition of MKP is highly strategic to the continued growth of our property management business," said Dan Pufunt, president of Property Management for Jones Lang LaSalle.
