Stoll Quoted on EPA's Greenhouse Gas Rules

20 February 2014 Law360 News

Partner Richard Stoll was quoted in a Law360 article on February 20, 2014 titled, “High Court to Define EPA’s Regulatory Latitude In GHG Case.” The article discusses how The U.S. Supreme Court will consider if the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's greenhouse gas rules for vehicles can trigger similar requirements for stationary sources. Stoll was quoted saying, “EPA's explanation is pretty clever. They say they are going to go at it piecemeal and that this is just the first phase.”
