Foley is pleased to announce that the firm’s representation of AgFeed Industries, Inc. (AgFeed) in connection with the sale of its Chinese operations consisting of multiple hog farms and feed mills to Ningbo Tech Bank (NTB) has been recognized by The M&A Advisor as both the M&A Deal of the Year ($50mm to $75mm) and the Agricultural Deal of the Year. The nominations, representing more than 300 participating regional, national, and global companies, were judged by an independent jury of industry experts.

Business Development Asia acted as the exclusive financial advisor to AgFeed with Mackinac Partners serving as AgFeed’s restructuring advisors.
