Special Counsel Andrew Baluch was quoted in a Daily Journal article published on May 22, 2014, titled “Patent Litigation Proponents Pursue Other Efforts as Senate Bill Stalls.” The article examined ongoing reform efforts in federal agencies by patent litigation proponents, as legislation to limit patent litigation stalls in the U.S. Senate.
