Senior Counsel Holden Brooks was quoted in a Modern Healthcare article, “FTC reverses course on Phoebe Putney, seeks sale of Palmyra,” on September 9, 2014, discussing the Federal Trade Commission’s decision to withdraw its agreement resolving an antitrust dispute with Phoebe Putney Health System. Brooks, a member of the healthcare practice, was quoted saying, “The case took a lot of time and resources at the agency, so it would not be surprising to anyone that they would follow a path what they would consider to be effective relief.”
