Partner Larry Vernaglia was quoted in an Inside Counsel article, “Attorneys Advise Businesses to Stay the Course after Oral Arguments on Obamacare Case,” on March 5, 2015. The article discussed the oral arguments of the King v. Burwell case and how some companies may want to look into contingency planning while waiting for the ruling. Vernaglia was quoted saying, “Building contingency plans is not a bad idea.” He added that the discussions throughout the oral arguments did not pose an immediate need to change business operations.
