Energy attorney David Zoppo contributed an article to Forbes, “The Clean Power Pause,” on February 10, 2016. The article discussed the U.S. Supreme Court order to stay the Clean Power Plan, temporarily putting the rule on hold until other pending legal issues are resolved. Zoppo provided insights on what this means for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, who issued the plan, as well as the plan’s opponents.
