Horner Elected to Residential Acoustics Board of Managers

Foley attorney Nick Horner was elected to the Board of Managers of Residential Acoustics, a Tampa-based firm that specializes in acoustical and soundproofing solutions. Residential Acoustics, which just received a $500,000 investment from Baldwin Beach Capital, LLC, works with architects and developers to meet sound attenuation requirements with a number of new, patented products. As a member of the Board, Horner will work alongside the CEO and Founder Walker Peek, and investors Keenan and Hannibal Baldwin to help grow the company.

At Foley, Horner advises clients on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and tax structuring.
