Partner Mark Neuberger was quoted in a Washington Examiner article, “Trump is Dismantling Obama’s Workplace Law Legacy,” covering the litigation holding up the current regulations and what President Trump can realistically undo.

Neuberger explained, “The litigation holding up the rules has given the Trump administration a perfect opportunity to pull back … [however,] they have to wait for the proper cases to bubble up before they overturn previous rulings.”
