Foley & Lardner Represents Respondent in U.S. Supreme Court Case Oil States Energy Services, LLC v Greene’s Energy Group, LLC

Foley & Lardner LLP partner Christopher Kise today argued before the Supreme Court on behalf of respondent Greene’s Energy Group, LLC in Oil States Energy Services, LLC v Greene’s Energy Group, LLC, a case concerning the constitutionality of inter partes review.

“The case presents issues important to a broad spectrum of inventors and industry participants, particularly those in the technology and manufacturing sectors,” said Kise.

“Our client appreciates the chance to present argument to the Court and looks forward to the decision sometime next year,” he added.
