Lacktman Article on Telemedicine and Digital Health Included in AHLA Connections

Partner Nate Lacktman has authored an article, “Telemedicine and Digital Health: 2018 Top Ten,” for the January/February issue of AHLA Connections.

The article provides an overview of developments in the coverage of telehealth services on the state and federal level last year, along with a rundown of recent and expected changes in licensing and interstate telemedicine practice and a description of the obstacles that stand in the way of telemedicine prescribing of controlled substances.
