Lodge Discusses Upcoming Madison Expungement Clinic

27 May 2018 The Capital Times News
Attorney Alex Lodge was quoted in The Capital Times article, “Clinic to Offer a Shot at a Clean Record for Some Offenders,” about the Urban League of Greater Madison’s expungement clinic on June 2, 2018, where volunteers, including Lodge, will be on hand to help offenders expunge eligible criminal records.

“[Expungement] is kind of like a stamp from the court saying, ‘Hey, we’ve looked at this person’s record and we are somewhat endorsing them as being a good citizen.’ Everyone makes a mistake and shouldn’t be defined by that one mistake,” said Lodge.
