Mitchell Comments on Bar Complaints Against Pruitt

04 October 2018 E&E News News
Partner Cleta Mitchell was quoted in an article for E&E News, “Documents: How Pruitt launched his legal defense fund,” about a fund she set up last year to help pay the legal expenses of then-EPA administrator Scott Pruitt.

Mitchell said that two Oklahoma Bar Association complaints against Pruitt, which were essentially the same, were investigated together and have since been dismissed. “There are no further matters pending before the [Oklahoma] Bar Association involving Mr. Pruitt,” she said.
