Partner Cleta Mitchell published the opinion piece “Senate Due Diligence Should Trump Identify Politics” in the Washington Examiner.

Mitchell, who co-authored the piece with Rachel Bovard of the Conservative Partnership Institute, discussed whether George Mason Law Professor David Bernstein is engaging in identity politics in helping to vet Trump administration nominees, especially in the case of Jessie Liu who had been considered for the position of associate attorney general.
