Partner David Simon was quoted in the first and third segments of a three-part series of articles published by The Anti-Corruption Report, discussing Walmart’s agreement with the DOJ and SEC to resolve FCPA accounting charges related to the bribery of officials in Mexico, China, India and Brazil.
