Foley Represents Novaria Group in KKR Acquisition

Foley & Lardner represented Fort Worth, Texas-based Novaria Group in connection with its acquisition by global investment firm KKR.

Novaria Group, a portfolio company of Foley client, Rosewood Private Investments, is a premier independent supplier of complex, highly engineered components and specialty processes for the aerospace and defense industry. The transaction is being funded through KKR’s Americas XII Fund.
The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020.
The Foley team was led by Dallas partner Chris Converse and also included Senior Counsel Chris Babcock, Of Counsel Dovi Adlerstein, Associate Rachael Mozelewski and Law Graduate Molly Richey.
