Of Counsel Don Romano was honored with a 2020 Burton Award/Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award. Romano’s article, “Unlawful, Unfair and Unwise: Constitutional and Rulemaking Infirmities in CMS’s Enrollment Revocations and How to Challenge Them,” was published in the American Bar Association’s The Health Lawyer in August 2019.
The Burton Awards have recognized excellence in the law for the last 20 years and honors 30 partners and counsel from the nation’s 1,000 largest law firms.
The award, which is co-sponsored by Law360 and the American Bar Association, will be presented to Romano at a reception on June 8, 2020 at the Library of Congress.
