Though the COVID-19 pandemic has had catastrophic effects on the hotel industry, we are now seeing some glimmers of hope. But despite a rising number of vaccinations, better employment numbers, and the industry’s highest demand and occupancy levels since the beginning of the pandemic, it appears that recovery is not being experienced equally across industry segments.
