Foley Of Counsel Donna Bucella, Partner Gregory Neppl and Associate Christina Kennedy authored an article titled “Brussels muscle,” that appeared in the January 22, 2010 issue of The Deal. The authors discuss the appointment of international adviser Rachel Brandenburger by the Justice Department's Antitrust Division, stating that the appointment may be a sign of the times as antitrust authorities are increasingly confronted with global issues. They add that the Justice Department’s hiring of Brandenburger is a step towards improved cooperation among international trust agencies.
