Jenna Alame is a business law associate in Foley Gardere’s Dallas office. Her legal services extend to a wide array of commercial finance, real estate and business transactions, including finance, commercial lending, real estate development, leasing, acquisitions, sales and construction, as well as corporate organization and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, franchising and other business matters. Her objective is to help business leaders make agreements and transactions that have favorable legal ramifications for them and their businesses. Striking the right balance between business decision-making and legal implications require a strategic approach, in which she believes that her team at Foley can assist clients in choosing the best approach to help them achieve their goals in an efficient and effective manner.
Jenna graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2016 and received her B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California in 2012.
Jenna is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, as well as a member of the American Bar Association, Real Property Section.
Jenna is admitted to practice in Texas.
