Andrew W. Arsht is an associate and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Andrew is based in the firm’s Washington D.C. office where he is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Prior to joining Foley, Andrew was a law clerk for Judge Carolyn McHugh at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He also worked as pro bono counsel at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia and as a law clerk for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
While working on his Juris Doctor degree, Andrew interned at the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the U.S. Department of Justice. Prior to law school, he was a research specialist at another law firm. While obtaining his B.A. degree, he interned at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
