Overview

Maximilian (Max) Atchity is a Real Estate law graduate out of Foley’s Dallas office. Before joining Foley, Max was an LL.M. research assistant at Baylor Law School, where he assisted LL.M. candidates by providing in-depth research on legal issues. Max also worked as a legal intern for Capital Title of Texas. He was responsible for reviewing organizational documents for determining purchasing and selling authority of clientele. He also gained experience in drafting deeds and other closing documents necessary for real estate transactions. Previously, Max worked as a summer associate with Foley.
