Mary Kathleen Conterio



Kathleen “Katie” Conterio is an associate in the business law department of Foley & Lardner LLP. Katie is based in the firm’s Milwaukee office where she is a member of the firm's Transactions Practice. Katie’s practice covers general corporate law, with a focus on securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Foley, Katie served as a tax and estate planning summer associate in a Colorado-based law firm.

Additional past experience includes providing free civil legal representation to low-income individuals in Milwaukee, an externship for the Honorable Justice Thomas D. Waterman of the Iowa Supreme Court and a research assistant position at the University of Iowa.
