Mary Kathleen Conterio



Kathleen “Katie” Conterio is an associate in the business law department of Foley & Lardner LLP. 

Prior to joining Foley, Katie served as a tax and estate planning summer associate in a Colorado-based law firm. In this role she assisted clients with updating estate plans, and drafted a variety of legal documents including promissory notes, amendments to trusts and wills and powers of attorney.

Additional past experiences include an externship for the Honorable Justice Thomas D. Waterman of the Iowa Supreme Court and a research assistant position at the University of Iowa.
