Maxwell A. Czerniawski



Maxwell Czerniawski is a litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice.

His previous practice experience has primarily been in the automotive and healthcare industries. Maxwell has composed and argued dispositive and motion briefs in several cases, and supervised a discovery team in a multi-million-dollar healthcare antitrust action. Additionally, Maxwell has extensive experience as a law clerk with the Michigan Supreme Court and 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
