Jasmine Esmailbegui is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions and title and survey diligence matters.
Prior to joining Foley, she served as a legal intern and Pro Bono volunteer for the Legal Aid Justice Center. Additionally, she worked as a Pro Bono volunteer for the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society. In 2016, Jasmine was a summer associate at Foley’s Orlando office.
Jasmine obtained her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., 2017) where she was the executive editor for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. Her participation in civic organizations in law school included serving as President, Women of Color; Secretary, Virginia Law Women; Co-Chair, Lambda Law Alliance; Co-Chair, Feminist Legal Forum; and Co-Director, Public Interest Law Association. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, majoring in both psychology and criminology (B.S., B.A., cum laude, 2014), and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Jasmine is admitted to practice in Florida.
Jasmine currently serves on the Board of the Young Professionals for Orlando Science Center.
