Rossetti Farrell



Rossetti Farrell represents emerging companies and venture capital firms, providing legal advice needed to sustain growth across the corporate lifecycle and in private financings. Leveraging her background in the financial industry, she collaborates with innovative startups and venture capital firms on a wide range of strategic transactions – including company formations, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Rossetti also represents accelerators, incubators, and entrepreneurs working with startups and venture capital funds in their formation, securities offerings, and investments.

Before joining Foley & Lardner, Rossetti worked for an international Am Law 20 firm in Silicon Valley in its emerging companies and venture capital practice group. Prior to law school, Rossetti was an equities broker at a big three asset management firm.
