Overview

Debbie Green focuses her practice on commercial disputes and appeals. She represents clients in litigation matters in certain key areas, such as bankruptcy, insurance coverage and bad faith, antitrust and general commercial litigation. She also frequently represents company management and senior executives and assists with securities and financial fraud, breach of contract and other matters.

Debbie’s industry depth includes hotels, financial services, public relations, health care, insurance products and vacation resorts. Many of her clients are primarily based in Texas, but she also represents healthcare and insurance clients throughout the United States. Known by clients and her team as responsive, creative and independent, Debbie is viewed as a lawyer who has a vision about what the client needs and can run with it.
